Placing an order

Placing an order via www.aimlaptimer.com is not a legally binding agreement. KJ Racing therefore has the option to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures, discontinued goods and similar situations. Final order confirmation / invoice will be sent to you when we have sent the goods that you have ordered.

Once you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email stating your order. This is only an electronic receipt for receipt of your order.

You should be aware that the automatic reply via e-mail is not a legally binding order confirmation, whereby an agreement has been entered into.


We offer the following payment options:

  • Card Payment, VISA and Mastercard


All goods are shipped from our Danish stock to customers within EU.

Items with stock status = "In stock" only indicates whether it is a normally stocked item, not the current status. In the event that an item is unexpectedly out of stock, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible, and will have the option to cancel the order.

Items with stock status = "In stock" are shipped within 1-2 working days. Items with stock status = "Out of stock" are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

If an ordered item is not in stock the customer will be contacted as soon as possible with an expected delivery date.

Special conditions

KJ Racing can not be held liable for damage to equipment or persons as a result of incorrect measurement from instruments, sensors or other products sold.

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you;

  • have received your item
  • gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually
  • gets the last batch, or the last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the supply of a product consisting of several lots or parts

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by contacting us by email: info@aim-racing.dk or telephone 22479383. In your notice, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send with return. You can find it here

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.


You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item.

Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.

The cost of return is expected to amount to a maximum of approx. 20€

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are liable for any aimpairment in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.

What should I send back?

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. Please fill out our cancellation form for fastest possible handling of your returns.

Note! We do not accept packages shipped as "Cash on delivery".

If there is something wrong with the item (right of complaint)

When you shop at www.aim-racing.dk, you of course have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can basically have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

How fast should I notify?

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We reimburse reasonable shipping costs

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.

The personal information is registered with KJ Racing and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this are directed to KJ Racing via e-mail info@aim-racing.dk

Right of appeal

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact Kenneth Hjorth Jakobsen, KJ Racing. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant boards in the area, provided that the conditions for this are met.
